The first requirement doesn't include a character being wrong. Just "not bluffing or lying." They can be wrong. Aqua in Kingdom Hearts is wrong about The Realm of Darkness not passing in time because it looks like time doesn't pass. On observation I'd agree with her, but we know time passes. 10 years pass while she's in it. If time did not pass, she'd be leaving at the same time she entered. This doesn't occur, therefore time passes and she is simply wrong.
