So you think he will just get randomly amped via the really specific skill and not realise that his opponent is dragon kind?
He himself looks perfectly normal but is dragon kind. Sigurd is the same, Saber is the same, Liz is the same so on so forth. Appearance is not the argument to use against him not knowing one is dragon kind.

Yes, I also don't think he's going to realize she's a Dragon and instantly think to use Gram before he dies

actually he did. Sigurd was the one sneak attacking fafnir. Siegfried is adifferent story. He killed 2 kings who betrayed him, got balmung ( wasnt a dragonslayer weapon at the time) , went into the gave and 1v1 fafnir in open combat. ( Fafnir as dwarf was able to pressure Loki, Odyn , Thorim while drunk to give him gold). after killing fafnir in a fair fight , he also killed Oberon and got the invisibility cloak.
And that was non dragon siegfried. now he is buffed as hell as a servant.
i just wanted to add that since people dont understand the difference between siegfried and sigurd ( see their vs battle)
a serious Siegfried can always go invisible , does she has something against that?
but siegfried will lose since he is in character. he doesnt fight serious, never did after killing fafnir. he just straight up walked into karnas attack , since he stopped carrying about protecting himself , assuming he cant get hurt anyway. karna hit him 56 times lethal at this moment. if she can one shot him in the opener, he will probably walk just into the attack
