Should Earth-2 Superman (GA-SA) be upgraded to SA Superman levels?

I did a little research with this one, and found multiple accounts of SA Superman stating that GA Superman is "[strong as i am] "

Here it is again.

And they've had battles in which it ends with a stalemate and knockout of both opponents.

So, would it be ok to upgrade him?

Well, this presents a problem, because during Infinite Crisis, the Golden Age Superman was originally shown as enormously weaker than the Silver Age/Pre-Crisis Superman during his original stories, and during Infinite Crisis he was just shown as equal to the Post-Crisis (Bronze Age?) Superman.

This makes it very difficult to rate him properly. Perhaps we should create 3 tiers of statistics. One for his golden age appearances, once for his silver age appearances, and one for his modern age appearances?
