Except that perception manipulation and illusion creation specifically work on both senses and extra senses. Also Magic Perception is classified as ESP and Enhanced Senses. And Hakurou isn't passively using this technique, so it's not like Ikki won't be able to perceive him from the start of the battle. It's a technique that he uses and not some kind of super stealth that he can stay in for the entire battle, so it's not a stomp.

Ikki in his 2nd key has like uber senses (they gonna become better once he gets a 3rd key), so that's the reason i wanted 2nd key ikki vs this guy. Cus Ikki has the senses needed to fight.
