Servant Strength Ranks

So I see that you have A and A+ listed under the same category. I was curious as to why because they are two different ratings for the servants. Heracles is mountain level with an A+ Strength rank while in Artoria has had a highest of A. But that shouldn't make them equals in strength.

Is this by any chance misplaced? Because I don't know who you're talking to or what you're pertaining to, other than that it's about Fate.
