Chaos VS Demigra

I Know Demigra is at an higher tier than Chaos. However Chaos has more haxs (Ex: destiny manipulation) and that would give him some opportunity against Demigra. Chaos could beat all Dragon Ball Super characters incluinding Zeno due to his haxs, so would he be able to defeat Demigra who can manipulate timelines?

Who would win?

Demigra has higher attack power, but nothing to put Chaos down permanently. Chaos destroys his star seed (concept of his existence) permanently and that's that. (and this is just one ability)

Also, Chaos is immeasurable. Demigra is is MFTL. This is over before it starts.

Yeah, please. Compare a Low 2-C/POSSIBLY 2-C Character to a ******* 2-B Character with a LOT of "Hax" applied to him. That'd make a fun and rather easy fight.
