Rune King Thor upgrades

Hey, I am considering upgrading Thor's Rune King Thor to a 2-A with Omnipresence.

Thor is massively superior to Odin as Rune King Thor, and Thor Defeated Mangog, which is something Odin himself could not do. Thor also Killed the Ones Who sat above the Shadow Tree, and Yggdrasil was said to be multiversal, and to exist in every plane of reality.

He should also be Omnipresent for Become one with the Universe.

Thoughts anyone?

Shrek, Thor is in the process of being upgraded to low 1-A as rune king, or flat out 1-A, though its iffy if that gets accepted but the thread has strong support.
