As I stated
earlier, I don't think this sort of thing should warrant a ban, and so when I see it I don't think of it as banworthy. It's only when someone brings up the fact that it's against Fandom's ToS, and that they may treat violations of that against us, that I realise we have to act.
Although, Fandom didn't bat an eye at this, so I guess they don't investigate us closely enough to pick up every slip up like that. But now that we have you screaming "HEY, THIS PERSON BROKE FANDOM'S TOS, WE HAVE TO BAN THEM RIGHT?" in the middle of a thread with dozens of staff members, I think we have to.
Anyway, that's just why I didn't act earlier, but realise the issue now. If no-one else has any differing opinions, I'd suggest applying a ban until November 16th (3 months after the infraction).
