Rule Violation Reports (New forum)

I'm reporting this dude for being a possible sock of vapour or cloud.
He makes two posts on Ant's message wall about there being verse bias against TR and then dips away never to be seen again.
ClownYagami has an entire history of abusing alternative accounts like this, just look at ElvishFreshley for example.
*Makes an account on Nov 11.
*Disappears until April 5 (Almost 5 months)
*Disappears again on the same day and reappears on June 2 (~2 months of inactivity)
*Goes inactive on June 8 only to reappear on August 5 (~2 months of inactivity)

Not to mention how he had akasakelulcifer since 2021 and only started using it on 2023. 2 years worth of inactivity, even before he made his main Cloudyagami account.

And he's no stranger to using alternative accounts like this, like his reddit his alts were: CloudYagami, manjirosanotv, TaboLagoon, theplexiford among others that post the "AnimeVsRanking" watermark and/or ChipSkyLart tiktok account.

I know said user has too little contributions but prevention is always better than a cure.

Btw, this one is with three z rather than the four Zs use here

? why now instead of when i first made the comment? anyway Nanaya mentioned this thread in the discussion thread,so I thought i'd give him a heads-up due to there being no tiering changes, and the abilities mentioned being minor, he probably needs only a singular vote. i had no intention of commenting further, as you see i havent made any more comments.

Don't think I need to say much about this.

Thread was made despite repeated insistence from thread mods to not do this, then our names (Mine, Lephyr's and Lonkitt's included) were included against our consent, after which we told them to remove it (My comment is a page earlier), and Dread initially then said she wouldn't because it would be disrespectful to others (Grossly ignoring our personal and private boundaries for a little bit of clout), even accusing said staff members of derailing no less, until she finally did so after a while. Not to mention she also leaked the vote count despite insistence from staff members like ArmorChompy and Crabwhale to NOT DO IT (Armor deleted the comment but he can show you the evidence).

Now I'm going to set something straight and say I did not in fact disapprove the sharing of the vote count. I did however disapprove of the idea in general but tolerated it on the grounds that it be an F&G thread. Beyond that I have little else to say.
Ah. I must've confused it then. Either way, I think it's pretty clear that this did not sit well with anyone involved in this already-heated mess to begin with.

The only stupid thing I did, which was contradictory to my intention, is to share the statistics, thus I apologized for it.
You also didn't delete Lonkitt's comments right away despite his insistence that you do so under some idea of disrespect, when instead, you should've realized that personal boundaries are far more important to respect than one's idea of clout. You delayed your deletion. Please do not do this again in the near future.

Also, in no capacity I said @Crabwhale approved it or not. (I don't think I mentioned him in the entire thread)
Already corrected myself on that front.

I explicitly asked you not to count me on the poll. You ignored my request

I actually planned to report you here, but I was in the middle of making lunch

May I ask under which grounds I should not legally include you in the poll?

If I violated any rules or regulations, point them out. I am very careful when it comes to those.

My mistake. I was talking about the list. I meant to say "You didn't heed Lonkitt's comment to delete his name from the list right away".

I said not to include me on the poll. You went forward with it. I pointed it out to you. You responded that you felt you had to because I got votes

You explicitly ignored my requested despite claiming to me after I pointed it out that you respected my request

Dread. Personal boundaries exist. Trespassing them constitutes as harassment. Just admit you done goofed up, apologize to Lonkitt and don't do stuff like this in the future.

I was typing an essay regarding personal boundaries, but I realised if I keep arguing, I won't gain anything beneficial. So I will stay mature enough to accept that I made a mistake sending the statistics, and not respecting those 3 or 4 thread moderators who got offended by the poll existence.

So in essence, I apologize to those who are involved. But it is your call to ban me for the thread.
@LephyrTheRevanchist @Lonkitt and others

Although, if it is any relevant factor, I was not malicious at all. The thread was made for fun purposes, and should not be taken serious.

I find it hard to see an angle from which any action against Dread could be justified in this instance.
I'd be inclined to believe otherwise, given the lack of respect for multiple people's boundaries prior to her apology. I don't think any massive action is needed, I think something like an official warning would suffice, but I don't agree with no action being taken.

I'm honestly not even sure I could call it a rule violation to include someone in a poll without their permission, so I would have to disagree.
A lack of respect for the boundaries of fellow users on the site is most definitely a violation, especially when said users have repeatedly asked to be removed from the poll only to be ignored

I got to agree with Deagonx on this one. While some involved might've not liked their names in this poll, none of our rules actually make such a thing wrong or re-portable. Dread neither harassed nor called for harassment towards any of the involved members. Just included them in a poll they didn't want to be a part of. Members of our staff taking that personally would be on them, unless we have some proof which demonstrates that Dread was out to harass and be rude.

This seems more like an instance where a problem was made out of something where it didn't have to be one.

So let me get this straight... If members of our staff are uncomfortable with being on the poll, it's their fault for being that way and not Dread's for refusing to respect their boundaries?

I cannot agree with that

Well, to be clear, you are not able to vote on punishments as a CGM. So far myself, Duedate, and Lephyr have said action isn't needed. I believe the matter is settled.
