Give him a strict warning, along with making it clear that "censoring" the word doesn't make it any better when it's clear what he's saying

Pretty sure that deserves another ban. I think varies from 4-10 years, probably infinite. Also I'm sick of people like that. They are cocky and wank a lot.

P.S. If "cocky" is a bad word then forgive me.
