RP • A Country Divided Thread

"Maybe I'm looking at it from the wrong angle, the mind absorbs the information from the outside, if I manage to infiltrate it, as if it were some kind of information, a memory maybe" Mark thought as he tried to find a flaw to be able to enter
 
Palaria's mental defenses reacted violently to that, and she began to wake up from her mental defenses now trying to attack the source of what was trying to break through

Kaminos wandered out by where the missiles had been tested earlier, chuckling to himself about being shot with them. He cracked his knuckles and stopped, feeling the presence of someone that was... unfamiliar. He approached it slowly, drawing the retractable blades on his gauntlets as he did so.
 
"Out on our own are we?" An echoing voice said, the source not quite clear as whatever was in the direction Kaminos was walking suddenly wasn't there anymore
 
"This got interesting" in Marcus's mind, the voice of Warrior madness resounded, clearly aware of Mark's actions, who did not think any more about disconnecting the spell he had with Palaria and seeing her.

"Just don't vaporize me?"

He stood still, his body on high alert as he waited for the origin of that voice to show himself, "Ckurmmuthahonnj tuelelck mmu ehuru'rru nnurt phrrounndeleh..."

"Dance of Light handles that..." Palaria murmured, suddenly sitting up straight with clear pain "something's wrong..." she said

"Don't say I didn't warn you, fool." Nathanos said, drawing a bow and firing faster than Kaminos could react just as a zombie got in the way of the shot, practically melting and disintegrating from it as Nathanos drew another arrow from his quiver

Kaminos drew Klauthmos raising it and swiftly swinging it into the ground, causing geysers of magma to burst where the man stood. He then drew his sword, bursting toward his opponent as he heated the blade, aiming to swiftly slice through the mid-section of his foe.

"No time." Palaria instantly said as she began flying out of her temporary home and towards where Kaminos was, putting a magical arrow where Cain and Dhei were towards the area

Kaminos felt nothing where the Dark Ranger once was, feeling a burning feeling in his belly, had he come any closer Nathanos would have disemboweled the half-Orc right then and there, a second axe coming for his neck

Kaminos snarled at the injury as his body ignited, raising his shield and trying to detect where he was going to appear next. However, he smirked as massive plumes of lava rained down on the battlefield. If he got close, his opponent would more than likely be hit by the lava as it falls.

Lazarus looked up from his potions, his face contorting into a grimace. He glanced at Palaria's house, noticing the women dash off into the distance alongside Mark.

"...The girl must've sensed something..." Lazarus muttered. He stood up, black smoke slowly beginning to trail from his mouth.

"...I could leave them be...but it would be...inconvenient if that threat were to kill her..." He muttered to himself. He grabbed his alchemical supplies, storing them in his pocket dimension before moving to follow behind the two.

Goliath, who had been silently eating the food Terevion at prepared, immediately looked up, staring at the two. Quickly, he stood up from his seat, dashing to follow behind them.

"...I should've stood guard..." he thought. He cursed himself, realizing that he had once again gotten too comfortable.

"...I...was careless..." He muttered, clenching his fist as anger built up inside him.

He stood up and breathes in, before breathing out, thinking in his mind about this situation

"Well...i guess now i will find out if Cain can defend herself against me for future reference now...although she said she was an assassin before....so how much i can hold back in any case..."

The axe blew Kaminos through a tree, causing him to slam into Palaria who had blood come out of her mouth from the force of the blow, being pinned against a tree by Kaminos's body "ach!"

"That was a weak performance, perhaps the rest of you short-sighted idiots better prove to be superior." Nathanos snarled, having disappeared into the woods again just as Claria began running up
 
Mark quickly went for the two of them, creating a construct of darkness to separate both.

"Palaria did you break a rib?" He said concerned because he knew how ****** up the elf-Orc must weigh + the acceleration they had.

"Kaminos who is this putrid person!?" He said Annoyed, of course it was more of an insult than knowing that he was undead.
 
Eris's eyes shot open from her slumber, the pupils rapidly dilating as she looked around. "What's going on...?" She thought, jumping down from her tree as she felt the air brush against her skin, it feeling warmer than usual. It was like... "Magma?" She began rushing from the camp to the source of the heat she was feeling.(Which is obviously Kaminos' magma.)

"I don't really care where we do it." Cain said, shrugging lightly.
 
"Alright." Cain said, summoning a dagger to her hand, which were in their smaller state so she could more easily hold the dagger. She dashed forward, delivering a quick cut to his chest had he not dodged, not really packed with any intent to injure as she was clearly testing him.
 
Dhei would dodge by moving his body 180 degrees to one side and letting the momentum of her swing carry forward, before he grabbed her wrist and twists it enough to make her drop the dagger, then lightly pushes her down with his palm below the neck area
 
As if her arm became transparent and phased through Dhei's grab, her attack instantly changed direction, her dagger slamming into the side of his head.

"Right... I remember this technique..." She thought to herself.
 
Dhei was caught off guard by this and eats the hit to the head, and rubs himself fir a moment to the impact he received, thinking to himself

"Ok she might know things im not aware of...perhaps i should go on the offensive instead"

He immediately went on the assault, delivering punches and kicks rapidly on Cain, each delivery being a move one would see in martial arts, he didnt give her any break between them, Dhei was aiming to overwhelm the girl with sheer speed from consecutive barrages of attacks

Goliath rushed towards Kaminos, crouching down in front of the man.

“…Who…attacked you…?” He asked. He tried to grip the man’s wrist, beginning to absorb some of Kaminos’s injuries into himself.

Lazarus snarled. Quickly, he moved towards Palaria, before tossing a healing potion at Mark.

“Give it to her.” He said. If drank, the potion would remove most minor wounds.

Cain's third eye followed Dhei's attacks as she expertly dodged each and every attack, seeming as if each moment before his fist would've connected, she turned into mist and phased through his attack, though, it was clear she wasn't actually turning into mist.

"He's not to bad, at least... Let's see what he'll do next..." Cain thought to herself, waiting to see how far Dhei's expertise really extended.
 
"She keeps avoiding the hits still.....lets mix it up then"

Thought Dhei, he would begin summoning some chains as he starts swinging them like in a manner similar to a nunchaku, then switches to striking with them like it was a whip weapon, before alternating randomly between the two, to try throw her off, while he further continued the assault, deciding to attack faster and faster now, going in on the offensive to push her back
 
Cain summoned another dagger into her other hand, expertly knocking the chains away from her as they came into her melee range, summoning another floating dagger which she wordlessly launched at Dhei, clearly intently focused on the spar.
 
Dhei sensed the floating dagger coming and he does a roundhouse kick against it in order to knock it away, before having his chain snatch it and toss near her face, he wasnt gonna outright throw it at her face, since he doesnt know if she could avoid it or not, especially with the force he possesses, but would aim in a way to give the impression he would be striking there

He would take the chance of her dealing with the dagger, to get close and pin her down by grabbing Cain waist and hold her down with his hand
 
Cain grabbed the dagger by the handle right before it hit her, displaying blinding reaction speed as she twisted 180 degrees as Dhei got close to her, doing the same move he used to avoid her previously to stab him in the back with her dagger.
