Roshi's Kamehameha: Slight speed upgrade

Currently we have Roshi's kamehameha sitting at Sub-Relativistic+ for the profiles off of this calculation:
My proposal is to replace the speed of it with this one:
It's more up to date and goes frame by frame instead of just going off seconds on a youtube video.
This'll only boost characters that're Sub-Relativistic+ to Relativistic

If this is anime, this applies to toei Dragon ball and not the manga right. So it affects toei kid Goku and krillin and possibly toei Yamcha and tien and Chiaotzu as well once the latter most human s fighters get a profile?

I'm pretty sure we decided the anime was a no-go when it came to calculating the actual destruction itself. The best you can use it for is the beam speed, that's it.

The speed scaling applies to the manga, we use the anime speed instances for Piccolo's feat and currently an old one for Roshi's feat

That's the point, this has nothing to do with the AP of the blast

Isn't the result borderline the same tho? Last time it was 0.0962c, now it's 0.1c.
