i vote for Roger obviously.
for me Roger,WB and maybe Shiki are 2x stronger than the current Yonko (in 1v1 ofcourse)
and the reason why i see it that way becasue Prime Garp and Sengoku both captured Shiki whos very close to Roger/WB
and i think Prime Garp/Sengoku are as strong as the current Yonko which imo are 50% the strength of Roger/Wb and Shiki.
(edit) the reason why i see it 50% the strength of Roger is becasue they Both fought Shiki which imo means Garp + Sengoku = 100% of Shiki hope it make sense.
btw i see Shanks as the strongest Yonko (yes i also see mihawk as strong as shanks =P) and i think he could beat Prime Garp
