This is one of the better cinder matches I have seen tbh
I am going with cinder high diff Rob Lucci is better with close combat and maybe raw speed, but cinder has more range and also has a more damaging ability compared to Lucci
In a battle of attrition, I think Cinder edges out in stamina thanks to fall maiden powers I will go Cinder because of range and fire abilities
