The Tier 4 Megaman X and Starforce stuff is all 4-B. 1.2 Kilofoe or 1,200 Foe > 22.77 Foe, which is baseline for 4-B. That scratches those parts of those lists. The rest look good IMO.

Also, creating a dimension with stars = 4-A. Creating stars in an already existing dimension = High 4-C.

It probably depends how many stars there are and the method in which it was created. If there's millions of stars and created/destroyed with just one big move, then it's 4-A. If stars were created one by one, it's 4-C to High 4-C

If you create a dimension you are also creating space-time. Not just the stuff in it. Which is why creating a larger dimension is more impressive.

Saying that creating a dimension with constellations in it isn't 4-A because "Unquantifiable" is like saying creating the universe isn't 3-A but like 3-C going solely by the number of stars in it.

Being analytical and mathematical is fine and all, but at one point we need to stop before we start saying ridiculous things like "Creating a universe isn't universe level".

And I'm pretty sure creating the observable universe is at least 3-B no matter how much you downplay it, but yeah.
