Rigby, Mordecai, and Benson survive that Whoopie Cushion Truck soundwave, which only a portion of the wave caused serious damage to the house and uprooted several trees. The three of them were closer to the epicenter than those other things.

I think it's 9-A, but I'm not sure.

Keep in mind that everyone and their mothers can hurt Rigby

I haven't watched Regular Show for a long time, but it seems to me that 9-B is very low for Mordecai

Im sure there is also Benson's Rage feat where Mordecai and Rigby were literally in the epicenter of the explosion, and survived. Here it is (Sorry, but that is the closest footage I have that contains the crater aftermath, so after watching the first 75 seconds, just skip to 4:05).
