Reactive Evolution for Son Goku via UIO and UI

Goku response to theats of losing the tournament of power, he achived UIO for the 3rd time. Here . Although, it did happen before just like Kefla or Super Spirit Bomb.

With this UIO or UI ability he can have Resistance to Fear and others that I may missed. Here

Will this count as Limited Resistance to Perception Manipulation ? Here

That's not reactive evolution.

Reactive Evolution is more gaining extra or new powers suddenly for no real reason other than in reaction to a threat. Goku going into UIO for the 3rd time is more him conveniently meeting the requirements to go UI again.

As for Fear/Perception manipulation, pretty sure that's already covered by Instinctive Reaction (If the manipulation only affects the user's mind then the body should still be able to automatically block and counter attacks without input from the mind)
