Minato invented the rasengan in 3 year. Naruto invented the rasen shuriken (perfected version of the rasengan) without any blueprint like tbbs in a week.

Right, but the difference is that Minato invented it from scratch using just an inspiration. Unlike Minato, Naruto had the luxury of multi shadow clone training strategy taught by Kakashi. And inventing rasenshuriken is easier than inventing ransengan from scratch. This is because he was told what to do by asuma and kakashi. He didn't have to put much mental energy into building a jutsu ground up. Just add wind nature to rasengan. That is exponentially easier than inventing rasengan, so not comparable at all. It is impressive, but we can't draw any conclusion about Naruto's ability to learn fast or create new jutsu. Because every invention of Naruto is just a slight variation of a rasengan and everytime he learned something quickly, it was because he has shadow clones. So the only conclusion we can draw is he has a huge chakra pool. That's about it.

Minato mastered sage mode in an unknown amount of time, Naruto did it in a week better than Minato (both according to Minato and Fukasaku).

If you read the manga, this was also highly facilitated by his huge chakra reserves and kurama chakra. So while it is impressive, the only conclusion we can draw is that he has a lot of chakra.

Minato outsmarted kid Obito and his kamui. Naruto was outsmarting gods with millennia of experience.

False equivalence. Having a millenia of experience is not the same as a perplexing jutsu like Kamui. The gods didn't show anything remotely as confusing as Kamui with the exception of Sukuna Hikona. So no lmao it's not as impressive. Boruto and Kawaki also have a millenia of experience by extension but they do nothing as confusing as Kamui.

His talent in regards to ninjutsu, taijutsu, senjutsu, and his BIQ are definitely prodigious.

Nah his chakra pool is prodigious and his tactics are pretty creative but they are also very wasteful and only possible because of Naruto's insane chakra. So because most of Naruto's talent boils down to having huge chakra, I wouldn't put him in the same tier as Itachi or Minato. I'll concede that he is a prodigy, just not that high.

That was the point. Kakashi said that inventing a Jutsu of the Rasenshuriken's caliber is something that could take the average Jonin around 20 years.
Kakashi figured that due to Naruto's insane chakra and recovery rate, he'd be able to employ the Multi-Shadow Clone Jutsu strategy to significantly shorten the time span.
Only Naruto could've pulled this off. Big brain stuff from Coccashi for sure.

Imo you guys are putting Naruto way higher than he should be. His only real feat is mastering the shadow clone jutsu and the rasengan, everything else is facilitated because he can train at x20 times (at worst) the rate everyone else can.

Take that away and Naruto suddenly falls behind a **** ton.

Because he just has some of the most insane natural talent seen in the verse.

He set insane records in the Chunin Exams that people were competing with for literally decades.
He mastered a Jutsu like the Flying Raijin, which is very difficult to perform by your lonesome, and even improved upon it.
He was able to learn Sealing Jutsu on pat with Hashirama, who's capable of easily suppressing Bijū all the way up to the Ten Tails. This is another insane feat in-verse, btw.
He emulated the Bijū bomb after seeing it once, which is something that takes Jinchuriki a long time to master, even if they're getting help from their Bijū.
He figured out a viable counter to Kamui after deducing many of its mechanics, having only briefly encountered it twice that night. Even bona-fide geniuses like Kakashi took way longer to figure it out, and keep in mind that Kakashi literally had Kamui's other half
He was a major contributor to Konoha's win in the 3rd Shinobi World War.
Became Hokage in his early 20s, making him the youngest Hokage I believe.
And then you have all of the elite people calling him a peerless genius and whatnot. Pretty much zero mention of Minato exists without it being prefaced with the fact that he's a great genius.

People also forget that, much like Sasuke, he copied Lee's Taijutsu after seeing it once. And here's the kicker, he did that without a Sharingan.
