Yorimitsu/Raikou have a mission to hunt a Youkai in Edo (Gintama, not actual Edo lel), this Youkai surprisingly didn't have any similarity with the others Youkai she saw, can she accomplish her mission!!?

Yes but needing to use a True Name release just to damage the opponent is nuts. Raikou dies before she pulls it out since she get one shot or haxxed by anything.

You don't need to release the true name to damage anyone. We've seen characters use weaker versions of their NPs without saying the name. It just has to be said for full power, and even then she can say it before, after, or during attacking it just has to be said.

Having to use an NP release at all, partial or not, just to damage someone is ridiculous. That, and her "higher with Ox-King Storm Call" rating is based on a full power release. So a partial release is pointless.
