Profile Deletion Requests Thread (New forum)

Newendigo, they are referring to the following verse:
So what do we do with this one?
Ping Wendigo first? He's the only supporter.

The stats don't have approved calcs, a lot of ratings are not backed by anything, subpar P&A sections, no scans

I would support deleting both this verses
I do say we could keep Sho's and Agito's profile, since they are the most worked out of them all.

Most of the scans are in the Notables Attacks and Techniques section inside a slideshow, and the PA section is short, not subpar, those are the abilities they have and that's it.

I think what I need to do is give actual justification to the speed and lifting strength stats, perhaps get the AP calculation feat re-evaluated, and likely add references.

That seems fine to me. Thank you for helping out. The most important issue is that all of the statistics have accepted calculations as a basis.

Can someone please delete the profile of this little fella?

I'm the author of his profile, but the reason behind this decision is that he is a character with no story relevance in the movie, it appears.

Thank you to everybody who are helping out here.

@Antvasima so can I delete the other pages for the verse?

I think so, yes, if they are not important for scaling for the remaining Guyver character pages.

Composite of versions and the first rating has poor reasoning + No scans
@The_real_cal_howard might have something more to add

Composite, first Key doesn't have a reasoning at all (Almost all notable edits on the page are from users that are now inactive)

Thank you for helping out.

Avengers (1960s Team) has a note saying that it's unfinished, as well as many started-but-unfinished sections (feats, NA&T, explanation). Such a profile should be in a sandbox, not on mainspace. It may get cleaned up by the time a mod sees this, but it hasn't been edited in over an hour, and it hasn't been edited by the page's creator in over a day.

It's only missing keys. That kinda stuff is standard for comics files anyways with extremely large appearance pools, and especially allowed for team files. Isn''t exactly a five hour game worth of commitment. this shit is a months long project if it were do be done in one go.

No they're complete. Not much to add beyond what's stated. Don't assert issues where they don't exist to further agenda, especially when you're not familiar with what the supposed "finished" sections are.

Not really. File's 100% complete for the keys listed

100% of all pages have no scans for every ability, plus currently I'm working to revise the verse so I can tell that every profile lacks around 40-50+ abilities and none of the current profiles have the correct tier at all, considering all of the old supporters have left the wiki I think it's enough to nuke the verse

Yah of a brief look on some random pages of this (Lol this verse has 111 pages) this seems to be good to nuke if someone plans to remake the pages

Huh. I thought I deleted that a long time ago. That was like my first page so like…it sucks lol.

If he wants to recreate all from scratch, I see no issues with them being deleted. But might wanna keep the verse page in a sandbox because I think there are a number of calcs?

They all seem to be listed on the verse page, so we could just keep it around

So assuming we keeping the verse page I assume the verse is fine to nuke?

But there are quite a lot of accepted calculations for the verse listed. Can't you scale from that in the meantime? Deleting 111 pages seems wholly unnecessary unless said pages are of horrible quality and use guesswork scaling.

I mean they did say the tiers are not correct, so I assume they'd need to untangle scaling issues
So without other supporters it'd be rather hard to fix it

We cannot just go around quickly deleting large verses with pages that are elaborately constructed and have several calculations to scale from on people's say-so.

If the pages need to be modified, that can be handled later via a content revision thread. That is a far more appropriate way to handle this.

I'd not say they're really elaborately constructed
P&A across the board seem bad and poorly explained, LS unlike speed and AP lack any calcs
Also some ratings for the verse aren't even calc based and instead use broken scans:
https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Desert_Devil (Mind you this thing is used for scaling)

From personal experience it's already tedious enough to try and revise a single page for a verse nobody on site consumed, frankly I'm doubtful that 111 pages will get revised any time soon when there basically no other supporters
