Is the Presence, Lucifer or Michael more powerful than the 1-A Lovecraftian Horrors that the Eldritch Dream mentioned in Sandman Overture?

Unless, of course, they have a feat/statement that puts them on a never before established level of 1-A for DC, which could be a meaningful upgrade to the Demiurgic Angels and God.
