Possible further justification for 4-A Super Sonic

So, I know this is kind of vague, but around here, Ix (this echidna shitbag no one cares about) talks about "shaking the foundation of the universe" upon gathering the Chaos Emeralds.

Generally, shaking the universe is a 4-A feat right?

Figured it was kinda interesting to talk about.

He had the Master Emerald, and he fought Sonic powered with it, and the Master Emerald was what oppened the portal to the Twilight Cage

1) What is even the "foundation" supposed to be? It actually sounds like it means the universe's fabric, which would be Time and Space. Shaking them isn't quantifiable.

2) It quite sounds like a hyperbolic statement.

Yeah, it does mention Chaos Emeralds specifically. It's probably just a statement but I figured I'd bring it up

Yeah I think this is just hyperbole. Ix is really arrogant and it could just mean that he will have the Nocturnus Clan disrupt order and balance in the universe by conquering it, not that he'd literally shake it.
