According to DS Jarvan's lore, the Dark Star incursion will be the subjulgation of all creation. So... Since LoL multiverse is at least 2-B in size (Via Kindred statement about Ekko), the Dark Stars should be 2-C or 2-B.

Its in the same vein of power as the Dragons, Elder Dragon, and Baron as an Epic Monster, with Dragon and the Herald being only a bit weaker. Plus Herald canonically has ssome of Baron's power due to being a Rift Scuttler that was corrupted by Baron.
