Under Pinkie Pie's intelligence, it uses the fact that she has 500th birthdays planned as evidence of a lack of common-sense.

However, we don't know how long ponies live. Granny Smith has been alive since Ponyville was founded "centuries ago", which makes their lifespan 200+ years at minimum. This line should be changed, or at least made more speculative. It is not certain that 500 years is a bad estimate for pony life-span, especially with varying inherent magic, regardless of race.

Presumably all of her friends. There's been no indication that Granny Smith is special in her age... only that she is the oldest character we're certain of. It's unclear how long exactly ponies live, it is up to speculation, I suppose. At best we can't assume they don't live that long, and so we can't assume it's an illogical act on Pinkie's part.

It appears so. It being her parents is actually more convincing of my point, since her friends are elements of harmony, and maybe immortal. I'm not claiming it's affirmative that they live that long, but that is a stretch to claim she is naive for planning that long, save perhaps the possibility that it's longer term than is practical to plan. Even if we assume the latter is true, then the wording of the section on her page should be changed to reflect that point better.
