I know chances are pretty much non-existent, but I hope Triple Battles come back. It's the only battle format where I managed to create a team, a Sand team that was surprisingly decent.
Then again with the limited pokedex and no megas it's even less likely to be able to put it together even if Triples are back.

If there are no triple battles in Gen 8 I´m going to just wait for the next game that actually includes them, after all, the reason Gen 7 skipped them was because it already lagged a lot on a 3DS, but on the Switch? They are even using the exact same models from the 3DS era, so there´s no excuse, the Switch can even emulate New 3DS.
