Yes, this is a matchup, believe it or not. Just thought it would be bizarre enough to be interesting.

Conditions:

• Bubsy has the Virgil Reality Helmet and Syn Shenron has absorbed every Dragon Ball becoming Omega, their 3-A versions shall be used.
• Speed equalized, otherwise Omega'd be well over 4.8 quadrillion times faster than Bubsy likely.
• Bubsy'll have limited prep time, around 20 minutes. In this time he'll be able to devise combat strategies and find Omega's weaknesses.
• Both're in-character.

This is quite the fight, let's see where it goes, eh?

Quick question: Why does Bubsy have 3-A durability + striking strength with the helmet? From what I remember from the pilot, the helmet has the power to destroy the universe via reality warping, so his rating should be similar to that of, say, Heaven Ascension DIO

Because, it's only stated to be able to annihilate the universe, which implies the physical universe, at least from my interpretation. If you feel he should be upgraded, that's something to bring up on the revision forums.

Plus, not all reality warping is on a super grand scale, his reality warping (Bubsy's) would only impact a single universe at least according to the statements within the pilot.

I'm not saying he should be higher than 3-A; I'm saying that having 3-A reality warping doesn't affect Bubsy's Striking Strength and Durability, so they should remain 9-A

Except it says on the profile that the helmet also boosts stats. Since this is the case, it's reasonable to assume it brings universal striking strength and durability also.
