Devil Trigger instantly gives that advantage back and the AP is negligible enough for Trish to handle it by using lightning to shoot out the grenades headed towards her and using Luce and Ombra to help with the range.

And Nora can amp her AP further by charging her hammer with electricity

If Nora could do that on the fly she wouldn't need to climb to the top of a mountain and gain electricity from the storm.

That's not helping at all if she took that much time to be ready.

It's still not enough to oneshot trish. Trish should take this for the reasons stated above.

Trish can use Pandora to attack just fine for homing attacks, a laser cannon, boomerang etc. and Nightmare which blasts can ricochet off objects.
And again you're forgetting DT which boosts all of Trish's physical capabilities negating Nora's own AP boost

Aura isn't tied to semblances. Can we please have that stated on their profiles on like a note? It's getting cumbersome explaining it over and over.
Yes the World of Remnant made it seem like the semblance relied on aura however clearly the show has retconned and completely ignored that.
