Bee all versions(Superior to his brother)

Rasa (Could somewhat fight against gaara)

Muu,Gengetsu(Scale to eachother and Onoki)

Yes, I saw it, but I personally think that father of A scales too because Naruto dodge his attack with SM, ability that give Naruto a better extrasensory perception than KCM. What do you think?

The speed he is talking about is of the danger sensing, which is faster and better than the KCM gives to him, KCM is faster in physical speed but not in senses regarding extrasensory percepcion.
 
Should Sasuke, and others fire style users, have Weather Manipulation Type Changing Weather because of what he did to from the cloud for the Kirin?
