I fu**king hate to keep repeating the same bullshit. FREAKING STOP COMPLAINING, THERE IS NO WAY TO GO BACK! The manga was ruined, and we can't do anything. Stop saying "Ohh God, Meliodas shouldn't be te MC, it should be either Escanor or Arthur", "This manga sucks", "Power level and scaling is bs", "this arc is one of the worst I've ever seen". Yeah and who gives a damn about it? Nakaba?? LMAO no.

Because they're the main reason the power scaling makes no sense, and we need make huge assumptions based on them, the main reason it's weird that Escanor is fighting the Demon King is because we know Near Noon he is 114,000, and The Demon King is>>>>>>>>>>>>>200,000, most of the evidence that Ludoshel and Mael are superior to Escanor is power levels, the reason we think Diane and Gowther are so weak is because of their power levels, the reason that we have to assume Post-Revival Meliodas is nowhere near his Prime is because of Power levels, they just make us have to assume things a lot

Even without power lvls the powerscaling still wouldn't make any sense as Near-Noon Escanor was trashed by The Original Demon, Zeldris and a weaker Assault Mode Meliodas all of whom are complete fodder to the god tiers. And yet he's still keeping up with Full Power Demon King Zeldris. Ludoshel being superior to Escanor is based on power lvls I'll give you that but Mael being superior to Escanor is due to statements, feats and power lvls.

The power lvls are actually helping the scaling more than it is hurting the scaling. If we don't use power lvls than a whole bunch of characters like the Ten Commandments will be at least 7-A rather than 6-C since they don't have any feats of fighting 6-C characters. Most of the weaker Commandmnets are 6-C for being stronger than or somewhat comparable to Unsealed Base Meliodas who is 6-C backscaling from the Demon Mark multiplier.

We don't actually know which of Demon King's form True Magic Meliodas is equal to. But currently he's rated as being comparable of 50% Demon King as a low ball. So Hawk Mama would probably be tied with 100% Demon King and Supreme Deity right now. Though I wouldn't even be surprised if Hawk Mama really was the strongest in the series. After all she is the Mother of Chaos who pretty much gave birth to all the creatures outside of the main five clans.

It's probably via raw power since he has not displayed evidence of durability negation. Meliodas did however state he found the power necessary to break the curses in Purgatory. He's also been stated to be equal to the Demon King on multiple occasions, but this wouldn't make sense if he was equal to 50%. It stands to reason that he should scale to the gods' full power rather than their weakened states.

as it stands it does make sense if prime meliodas one shots escanor at his peak and peak mael equals meliodas.

it does make sense in a narrative stand point and prime meliodas own hype throughout the series. i can say these characterrs affecting DK is merely an outlier.
