Anyone who has ever been called Omnipotent, seriously its just a big fat word used in fiction to distance a character's power from the rest of their verse and it is used in so many debates to make characters tier 0, of course i consistently, even before coming to this wiki, called Omnipotence and Omnipotent a buzzword for making characters stronger then they actually are
