Minor error regarding Abel's tier justification

Abel does not kill Lucifer in his fight with him. Lucifer simply disappears, having acknowledge Abel's strength (much in the same way he does with Demi-fiend after the latter has defeated him). That said, Abel does defeat and become able to fuse him.

Lucifer can't be fused with him. It just Lucifer can be summoned from Demon fusion in the party after the fight. These similar situations occur in other games like SMT IV Apocalypse after boss fights.

This happened with most of the SMT games. It more akin to summoning Demons from Fusions. Demons regenerated in any case. In SMT IV Apocalypse, you can find demons that you had in your party after fusions and they claim to remember you and will join if talk to them in battle.
