I found it on Pain's profile. Minato's profile says he scales to Sage Mode Naruto who should be comparable to Pain who had that calc.

Qrow even knew that her tribe had someone very powerful and figured the Spring Maiden was with them. Raven had someone pretend to have the powers because people knew they were being used.
