So basically I came to the conclusion that Minato. Didn't really dodge A casually the reason why I say this is because in the next panel Minuto Minato appear to have scratches on his nose so this indicates that he didn't fully dodge Ay. People fail to realize that when a was younger when he fought minato that raikage gotten faster over the years and I hear people saying minato in base is faster than kcm when naruto dodge a faster raikage. You may say that the raikage didn't get faster But let me explain why when J was younger in his days when he battled minato his hair wasn't spiked up in the later part of Shippuden when ay is approaching max speed or full power his hair tends to spike up indicating he's at max power which equal speed when he fought minato his hair wasn't spiked at all if you saw his fights with Madara his hair was spiked when you saw his fight with Sasuke his hair was spiked when you saw his fight with naruto his hair was spiked indicating he got faster so this means that minato did dodge but it wasn't a fully dodge so this should be recalc
