Memes directly related to Vs Debating 2: Electric Boogaloo

Overwatch is extremely low-end 9-A, while TF2 is extremely High-End 9-B, So TF2 vs. Overwatch, would Be feasible although it would be extremely ugly

Since I posted that meme Gunvolt humans got nerfed to 9-C. However, if we had agreed to continue scaling as we were, we'd have boaderline High 7-C normal humans in Gunvolt.

That nuke would still obliterate all of the humans in the above verses (Except Gunvolt if they were High 7-C)

Because it makes no sense for normal humans to be able to tank the nuke that destroyed Hiroshima.

Glitchtale with powerless humans being 8-B+
As one of the people responsible for that... humans are blaintly not powerless though

What part of being able to shoot lasers and project energy fields is powerless

foolishness, soupy

Normal people withstanding nukes? Pfft

What is this

How about regular skyscrapers tanking 2 Solar System level characters pushing it from opposite sides with ony a few cracks on their surface and not a single damaged window?

This is partially why I dislike how things are calculated here

Except Jessica, a human with no SOUL trait (And thus no Magic) could take attacks from an 8-B+ (Betty)
Jessica had an Integrity Soul. She lost it when her daughter was killed but we see it briefly return in Ep. 3 when she meets Papyrus.

While we're on the topic of Glitchtale.....why the hell is Chara 7-B?

Fiction commonly ignores things like the laws of thermodynamics and conservation of energy until it becomes convenient for them not to.

Examples: Literally any verse that doesn't have explicitly real world-level stats.

In that particular panel, consider that perhaps Thor and Godzilla are so evenly matched, that they're cancelling out each other's force by pushing equally, thus resulting in the building (and everything else) not being crushed.

Wouldn't they still go right through the building?

Shouldn't a building lifted by Thor or Godzilla just fall apart around their hands? Yes, but that's not how it's ever shown working in comics. Same comic book/kaiju movie logic applies here.

It should, but under this wiki's rules, this building is almost a legimate 4-B contender (it simply lacks the means of fighting people). Burning Godzilla exploding it wouldn't scratch it. Godzilla Earth with his prep time spiral ray wouldn't scratch it. DBZ Goku before Buu saga wouldn't scratch it with AP alone.

This also bumps all workers who demolish buildings like these to 4-B, turning Thor and co. into a joke.

uh, wouldn't that be a lifting strength feat though, not an AP feat?

The building being lifted? That's lifting strength. But the completely normal building not crumbling? Durability feat.

But since demolitionists can one-shot it, that means they are either high 4-B or 4-A. Either way, they would AP stomp Thor, Godzilla, Midgar Serpent and Hulk. Then you get nukes, which can obliterate thousands of skyscrapers in one go, putting them even higher on the ladder.

This wouldn't be a problem if that panel didn't state that they were both using their full power and yet the building didn't crumble immediately, proving that it's durable enough to withstand those forces.

Note that I'm not disproving feats for any of these characters. I'm just pointing out how stupid things can get on this wiki.

I mean, is it the wiki's fault, or is it the comic's fault, when there are literally at least dozens, if not hundreds of comics featuring Thor busting stars or rearranging planets, etc?

My point is that this is a common trope, and something we can only work around with our standards, as opposed to using something like this as a definitive arguement for a change to how we calc or tier things. I mean, for ****'s sake, Thor, Superman and co. have many, many more comics featuring cosmic-level feats than they do PIS or outliers like Thor getting KO'd by a bullet to the forehead (when, like, literally the month before he was taking supernovas or Hulk punches to the face).
