Ya that always confused me. Like ya his hv is stated to be red light and reflects of stuff yet Batman can react to it multiple times. Plus the high tier characters the can react to it like Diana aren’t protrayed as being relativistic in there slow mo time

How is consistent feats of a certain level not valid? Most of his feats are against people of that level and when he actually gets tagged by humans, it requires him to be hit from behind or be dragged on the ground. Even if the HV isn’t lightspeed, Bats would still have to scale to the MHS+ speed that you would downgrade the Diana tiers to.

Because his a human and doesn’t operate at the speed regularly. If he was actually the lvl of speed you are trying to suggest then he would speed blitz all his opponents MoS style yet clearly he isn’t doing that. Actually I wouldn’t because it isn’t constant for Bruce
