Because there might be a coming battle between him and a character. But if him and the character fought, since his hax is High 1-A/0, if the character resist his hax, will they have High 1-A/0 level of resistance?

Earth-1218 is absolutely not the House ot Ideas. It's just a universe in the multiverse that resembles ours (And the fact it's a numbered Earth tells us as much). It was destroyed by the Incursions, even. Whereas the House of Ideas is outside all universes.

That's fine. There are other routes to take to get there so 1218 not being the HOI isn't really the straw that broke the camels back.

There should be a Fallen Stars profile as well. They scale as one of the few dreamers like Job Burke beyond the illusion that is dream/reality.

Lord of Shamballa should but I don't think 0 should be included from scaling to the Nexus nor that the Nexus is Tier 0.

We have to consider people who scale from a small fragment of the Nexus to the full Nexus itself.
We should do those who scale to the Creators/Dreamers and those who are considered guardians. Also to those who scale higher due to the staff or control over the song of Creation. They all have some uncanny and cryptic context to scale them to such levels. I'm not convinced in 0 for anyone maybe within higher interpretation for the Divine Dreamer/Creator.
