After doing some sweeping for a greater revision, I noticed this, on Ultimate Thor’s profile:

Supersonic+ (Casually blocked gunfire from a Browning M2, which can hit speeds of over 890 m/)

This is an extreme lowball, considering the numerous amount of feats in which he displays actual lightning feats. He’s brought about cloud-to-ground lightning storms on multiple occasions, one that is specifically cited to have “super ionized” him.

Think this pretty concretely puts his Attack Speed at Massively Hypersonic+.

Reading through some of the 1610 respect threads I found this,

• Quicksilver could outrun Thor's lightning for a little bit but Thor could still tag him at least twice

So basically: Thor's reactions ~ Quicksilver's running speed ~ Thor's lightning

Why is Thor's lightning same as his reactions? That'd be movement and attack speed.

In Ultimate Power, Hulk reacts to Quicksilver, and two other speedsters.

This is AoE and tanking, not reaction. He senses someone is coming and ground pounds, they try to hit him but he's no-selling

• Quicksilver could outrun Thor's lightning for a little bit but Thor could still tag him at least twice

Honestly it just feels like Thor's prediction skills rather than him hitting Quicksilver effectively. If Quicksilver could dodge his lightning why couldn't he just dodge more?

So yeah, prediction or PIS/CIS, take your pick

I don't necessarily mind a speed upgrade, especially for Thor, but probs get better feats for his reactions imo

He’s looking directly at them, I wouldn’t call that sensing. One of them is directly rushing in front of him, anyways.

He actually dodges more than he gets hit. The first scan has him outrun and evade three bolts, and the second scan has him get hit with two. Seems pretty relative to me.

Yeah I'mma have to agree with Milly on this one.

For Hulk, he would still have to be comparably fast in the reactions department to even sense them and literally see them charging at him head on. If he couldn't, he'd be blitzed.
