The first one looked more like a durability thing than actual sound resistance. The second is perfectly fine to use. Just stick with that.

Angle Man mainly has vector manipulation as far as I recall.
Martian Manhunter processing all the information of every mind on Earth at the same time seems like an Extraordinary Genius feat, if it is true, but we would need considerably greater specifics first.
His other mentioned strategist feats probably only qualify him as gifted, yes, but I would be surprised if he has no extreme technological aptitude. Can somebody check up what the DC Comics wiki says please?
Other than that, I agree with Confluctor's conclusions above.

Just noting: She doesn't resist the powers of Angle Man. In that scan, the angle 'rays' doesn't even seem to be hitting her. And whenever he used his powers against her in the past, they always worked.

Here. Angle Man is able to affect her to transport her to Earth-2, and she herself later uses the Angler to transport herself and him back to Earth-1.

If you guys are so insistent on giving wondy space time resistance - which it isn't, by all means make a new thread. Cause the scans here don't prove anything.

Angle Man retains his pre crisis history. In fact, in post crisis, he doesn't even appear again with his usual costume as seen in that WW anniversary.
