*base Seras resisted an illusion that affected an entire mercenary squad, a stronger illusion affected her, and True Vampire Seras was immune to that illusion. Schrodinger Alucard scales above his normal vampire form which scales above True Vampire Seras' resistance, and also to the illusions Zorin uses.

I'm disappointed that I wasn't aware of this thread until now and that it already ended. I would've loved to contribute to it. I'll give my three cents on the issue.
Both of them have a ridiculous number of lives they can use for regeneration. Obviously in hand-to-hand, Alucard will get destroyed due to the AP difference, which will rely on him using his hax instead. Makima's got a variety of devils at her disposal which she can use to whittle away at Alucard's stamina. I believe that if Alucard managed to absorb her essence, she could trap him, or he could use the Baskerville to consume her, since it's confirmed the people the Baskerville eats get sealed in the dog's stomach. Still, Alucard would have to actually hurt her to get her to bleed, since he was only able to manipulate blood after it had already exited from its body, implying he can't control it from inside a person's body. I'd be tempted to vote for Makima simply due to her AP advantage and the various Devils she can spawn. Even if Alucard unleashed his Level 0, I'm sure her army of Devils could cut through the familiars within a short period of time since they could just one-shot even his strongest familiars like Alhambra and Rip Van Winkle.
