Everyone who scales off Sinbad's Large Island feat should be upgraded to country level.

Sinbad Himself obviously, Alibaba, Hakuryuu, Aladdin, Solomon, Arba, David, Judar, Morgiana, Yunan, Kougyoku, Kouha, Kouen, Ugo, Titus, Muu, Hakuei.

Sorry, lately I've been too busy with school, I do not think I'm going to help a lot. I also wanted to change the justification for Morgiana's speed. She was FTE for Arba, who is one of the strongest

I was already planning on making a massive magiverse revision thread, I will include my thoughts on this country level stuff in it aswell but since I am on vacation I will only be able to properly respond from 29th onwards.
