Since momoshiki uses dimensional techs in base with a fodder rinnegan shouldnt madara have it?

Note referring to his base.Madara had same rinnegans and rinnesharigan and used kaguyas techs.

Ppl used to say it was kaguyas specialty but it turns out its a regular rinnegan tech that requires a lot of chakra.Thats what you get from the boruto spin offs.

PS this isnt speculation rinnegans are stated to do this.

He knows of everything.The only thing that he cant do is probably the heaven and earth thing kaguya uses with her forehead eye since that requires too much but he should have bsic dimensional travel.Common sense
