Low 7-B tournament

What Popted said, though if it can be restricted, works pretty bad, OOC move (and etc. which can make ability worthless) and if that Kamen Rider didn't fought canonically Kamen Rider Kuuga who participates in this tournament then he's fine.
 
He use it once in the whole series because the Writer realised that timestop is a stupid ability. There's also the fact that he use it for dodging oncoming attack rather than setting up kill zone DIO style

In the same franchise but not in the same series, only the janky Super Hero Taisen that is mostly non-canon have they actually fought.

And even when they do it's entirely separate Kuuga and Blade

Genos iirc haven't defeated nor lost to Garou who is already in tournament so he seems fine.

And that's bracket is full again. Be ready, new competitors.
 
Genos did fight Garou but Garou was very wounded and not in prime condition so it should be fine.
 
Yeah, basically fight was interrupted and it still can be debated in who is stronger since source didn't answered that question to us.

(on other note, Garou apparently also losing in loser's bracket).

I planned to add all of them at once when tournament will end, but probably I'll begin to doing it right after Match 6, cause at this moment my character fights, and there's debate going.
