Here we see that even in the center of a black hole(Where time is completely stopped and we even SEE them frozen) Tenchi's LHWS STILL automatically activated and allowed them to escape. Well, I am uncertain. The LHWs do in fact completely warp all laws of physics as they please. However, we have never explicitly seen users move at infinite speeds when everything else stands still around them. Hence, despite liking the series, I consider it to likely be too speculative,
