League of Legends and Garen scaling

There are many champions that have their speed and AP scaled to Garen's Speed and AP respectively, even though many if these champions never met Garen in the lore - And as Riot has confirmed several years ago, the events in the in-game battlefield are considered non-canon, or in other words, not fit for scaling. They should be revisioned according to their lore feats, best show in the case of GP who should be a 8-C at best.

We havent scaled people to Garen in over a year, and in the upcoming rvision his Demacian Judgement ability is going to be upgraded to Low 6-B scaling from Kayle

Also, a lot of champions have met and fought Garen as per the canon lore from the new games that Riot just released

Alright alright, maybe in the case of GP it was kinda rushed, but still, champs shouldn't scale from Garen given that in-game feats are non-canon

Kalista for example gets slapped with 7-C tier by virtue of "fighting on par with Garen" even thoguh they probably don't even know each other in the lore.

Kalista scales to having killed Tahm Kench several times, having fought and killed Hecarim on more than one occasion, and having fought Vladimir in a recent story. She also killed Ledros, who can also fight Hecarim.
