LDO and the Tsar Bomb

So, I have a question about this.

You guys have said that a member has tanked the Tsar bomb or something along those lines (can't remember exactly). And you use that as the basis of their city level stats. But the thing is, it's been said quite a few times that conventional weaponry can't hurt them. So wouldn't them taking that bomb head on and being fine attest to the immunity to conventional weapons instead of being a straight durability feat?

"But the thing is, it's been said quite a few times that conventional weaponry can't hurt them. So wouldn't them taking that bomb head on and being fine attest to the immunity to conventional weapons instead of being a straight durability feat?"

That's a non-sequitur.

Being stated to be immune to conventional weaponry doesn't mean it's a power, it's durability.

How does "conventional weaponry can't hurt us" automatically equate to "we're specifically immune to conventional weaponry as a power, it's not durability"?

That still doesn't mean it's a power. It's far less presumptuous to assume they mean durability.

Have they been hurt by things far weaker consistently or are they highly resistant to everything bar some specific type of attack like holy weapons or something?

Don't know if this counts for anything but the church had to get rid of their immunity to hurt them, which they successfully did and were able to harm them

Wasn't the explanation "in order to harm someone with thousands of souls, you need to use a weapon that can kill thousands of people at once?"

Their armor comes from their raw soul count/quality. The Guillotine took away the defense component of their souls basically. In other words, it just stripped them of their durability. It's like Kryptonite on Superman but only for durability.

Even then, it isn't some kind of ability, it's a durability feat ,and it isn't the only city level feat we have, Wilhelm alone is capable of erasing Suwahara.

@Ktm99 The Guillotine doesn't take away their defense, where did you get that from? Guillotine only negates the immortality and Regenerationn because of Marie's curse...

It can't be only the immortality and Regenerationn. Because one moment they were fine from getting shot at by bullets, the next, they were getting hit and taking damage.

Drellix, the scan that you showed was from Verfaulen Segen right?

What happened there was that a ritual using the Guillotine allowed them to remove the LDO soul armor.

Mind you this isn't gonna become Ren's ability.
