Uh i thought we did.. like those who upscales from Galvan, highbreed and Incurseans army/weaponry. So i applied changes as per this:

Bored rn so decided to make a list of every character that would be affected by this upgrade, as well as explaining why:

• Highbreed and Galvan weaponry (Upscales from the Element X bomb that can destroy a Solar System, Ma Vreedle’s sun destroying rocket, the Incurseans’ supposed galaxy-destroying capabilities (which may be over-time) and possibly the Entropy Pump that can destroy reality on a scale of multiple light years if bombed, as Azmuth stated only the Galvan possessed the technology to fight back against the Highbreed)
• Ascalon and its wielders (One of the greatest weapons created by Azmuth and by extension the Galvan, and is so advanced that its been compared to magic. Possessed more power than Vilgax has ever known despite most likely being aware of Ma Vreedle’s sun destroying rocket and Incursean weapons, as well as possibly Element X)
• Dagon and Dagonax (Scales to Ascalon. He also described his heart as holding “infinite power” and having enough power to conquer the universe*)
• Lucubra Vilgax (Fought against Sir George and Eatle)
• Eatle’s peak energy absorption (Fought against Lucubra Vilgax alongside Sir George)
• Chromastone’s peak energy absorption (Absorbed a beam from Dagon powerful enough to noticeably harm him)
• Anodite Gwen and Verdona (Scales above Sir George and Lucubra Vilgax. Gwen was confident that she could take on the entire Highbreed fleet by herself)
• Ultimate Way Big (Scales to Dagon)
• Malgax (Believed that Ben couldn’t defeat him (“this time will be different” and “you can’t win”. There’s also another quote while in his ship that’s more blatant*, which is mentioned on both Vilgax’s profile and the Ben 10 wiki’s Malgax Attacks page) despite fighting against peak Eatlebefore, who can reach these levels incredibly easily. Scales above Atomix. Scales to Fourth Form Malware who absorbed a lot of Galvan tech)
• Fourth Form Malware (Malgax uses his power. Absorbed Galvan tech)
• Atomix (Can briefly fight against Malgax and noticeably harm him with his strongest attack. Stated to be Ben’s second strongest alien)
• Atomic-X (Scales above Atomix. Superior to Future Kai who wields Excalibur, which is described as an “invincible sword” by Joseph Chadwick despite him knowing about Ascalon)
• Maltruant (Scales above Atomic-X. Described by DJW as being a combination of “clockworks from legendary greater beings, cosmic powers and science so advance it’s almost magical”. While most of this is very vague, the last part is noticeable as to my knowledge only Ascalon is described this way)
• Ultimate Ben before I downgrade him (Scales to Ultimate Way Big)

EDITS:

• Forgot Albedo has Ultimate Way Big so he’d need to be updated as well.
• Hex and Charmcaster with Hex’s staff scale above Anodite Gwen so they would be affected.

Not counting those who don’t have profiles yet (e.g Future Kai), is there anyone I missed?

That's why I asked about where things should fit in the scaling chains. We had the following starters to the chains:

4-C = Ma's trilithium warhead

4-B = Element X Bomb

At least 4-C/B, possibly 4-A = Entropy Pump (If not hax) = Incurseans’ supposed galaxy-destroying capabilities

Is the following scaling chain valid:
Ascalon (Scales above Incursions, Galvans weaponry, highbreed weaponry, Entropy pump due to being only weapon that can defeat Dagon): Character who scales; Dagon, Malgax (due to being superior or equals to any of his previous version contextually "this time will be different", "was aware of Eatle absorption attacks capabilities", etc), Atomix, lucubra Vilgax, All Anodites, UA waybig, UA Ben 10000, Chromastone, Albedo, Eatle with absorption (for obvious reasons)

I think Entropy pump in itself should be a supporting feats for 4-A than 4-B due to being a disaster of several light years as our solar system is no where near a light year big and nearest star Proxima century is just 4.2 light years away (should be under several light years).

Following Ben using Atomix, Malgax stated that none of Ben's other aliens that he has faced would be able to stop him, which includes Way Big and Eatle with energy absorption) < Malgax (Fused with Malware, Defeated Atomix, stated to be capable of defeating any of Ben's aliens, which should include Eatle, with his absorption capabilities)

Actually I think I was misremembering Hex’s staff being a factor, I think all that was needed was that Hex (or anyone holding him turned into a totem) was in his library. This makes them “unbeatable”, which was shown by Charmcaster with Hex’s totem beating Anodite Gwen.
