I'm voting inconclusive, even though Kuma could EE Yukari the fact that niether have information on the other makes me doubt he would just do that from the start. BM wouldn't really do much in the long run due to Yukari's Bounder Manipulation. There's also the fact that Yukari can manipulate the bounderies of Reality and Fantasy so their a possibility of her reverseing the effects of All Fiction but I believe it would depend on the situation.

Yukari on the other hand does have a few things that I don't think Kuma can deal with, Dream Sealing, Fictional storie Sealing, she can probably go back in time and kill him before Kuma awakened his power, Even Bounder Manipulation can be effected if she uses it correctly.

All in all both have methods of winning but it would come down to who went serious first, since Kuma has the Damage erasure I would think yukari would go serious first but I can't say for certain that Kuma wouldn't go first so Inconclusive.

what ? how does yukari boudary manip will help her against Bookmaker ? she doesn't have resistance to powernull or stat down so once it hit it's over for her .

All Fiction is also Void manip and yukari have nothing against that .

kumagawa have opened with time blitz+Bookmaker before so it is in characther for him to do so .

yukari mess around and almost never go serious , she's far more likely to start with regular danmaku than anything else.

And her near infinite numbers of options with boundary manip is actually a weakness here as so few would actually deal with kumagawa for good where beside close quarter combat and regular screw spam , all the rest of kumagawa's arsenal would deal with yukari .
