Honestly? A match that people should have made long ago.

Not because of its quality, but because of how appropriate it is.

If both are bloodlusted then incon. Both erases each other beyond their regen/revive via a thought.

Characters who have a history of being wanked, you know the deal.

Funnily enough, AFAIK a long time ago there was a match between Yukari and Najimu.

All Fiction being retroactive doesn't really change much. If she dies first she still dies.
Both think. Both activate, medaka is retroactive, Yukari's isn't. Medaka therefore wins via being faster. Not saying if she dies before activating, saying if they both think at the same time, which is the case here.

You're assuming that they would attack exactly at the same time and that the moves would also take effect at the exact same time. And it's not something we can tell. It's why Shoutout matches like that are inconclusive for the most part.

I mean...

In scenarios where Medaka goes first she wins, in scenarios where Yukari goes first she wins. There's not really evidence here to say one of these happens more often than not, so we should assume that it's close enough that a difference is negligible.

This leaves a small amount of scenarios where they do take place at the same time, which Medaka now wins. Since she wins this in addition to her normal share, it's slightly past 50% so she'd technically win.

Assuming Yukari's attack is instant on thought, it WILL happen exactly at the same time, speed equal does that. Though there are several factors here:

Thought speed (who thinks first) = Both, speed equal makes them exactly equal.

Activation speed = Both thought.

Effect speed = All Fiction is instant, can't speak about Yukari

That's it. Though the fact that once Medaka thinks her effect "has always been there" would logically make her faster in activation. So it becomes an infinite vs Omnipresent kind of thing.

Well, i've not many time so let's clear this:

  • Medaka think = she has infinite speed/Erased (never existed)
  • Yukari think = You dissapear
  • There is no travel speed, both effects are instant
In the scenario of Meda Infinite speed, she lose because at the moment when she has infinite speed, she dissapear because of the instant effect of Boundary, if someone want to say that it's still faster and Meda blitz, okay but she dissapear after her Infinite amp gone.

In the scenario of Meda think for Conceptual Erase, it's inconc, both die at the same time

The retroactive stuff isn't really relevant, the activation do not "always existed" but just exist at this moment, the erased stuff never existed but MB don't treat the Paradox of "never happened = Mess the timeline" so the fact that Yukari never existed don't lmess with her Boundary action at the beginning of this battle
