I've heard about 100 times that magolor is an outlier for Kirby +. However, not only did Kirby survive magolors universe falling on him without a scratch, but there are many universal people out there. Drawicia turned universes into drawings and effortlessly made a new one to fight Kirby in. Marx's dimension also fell on Kirby but Kirby was unharmed. Many foes that Kirby has killed have been able to destroy dimensions yet Kirby has defeated all of them without much trouble.

If you mean Kirby struggling with MSS people this is just a game mechanic so he doesn't kill everyone like in SSB where he is bottom tier and everyone can beat him

Magolor's dimension is not even a universe, it has an undefined size

It's not a game mechanic. Super Smash Bros battles are non-canon to the Franchise while the bosses Kirby faces are not only relevant to the story, but are just as much indicators of Kirby's abilities as his battles with enemies who can create/destroy dimensions, except even more so as it involves the least inconsistencies.
