I guess it can be argued his Batman Beyond era self was weaker. Sure a extra FF key would-be fine for speed.
In JL flash runs FTL and later in JLU he almost dies to the speed force for running at relativistic speeds What's your point

I'm against 5-C Superman and the massive cross scaling chain from that. He was knocked out by the shockwaves of the Binary Fusion Gun and the comet in STAS. Along with a host of other lower showings. Unless this thread is trying to push the entire verse to Tier 5 it should just be considered an outlier.

Didn't we agree with the notion that Superman seems to have gotten buffed inbetween JLU and this movie? At the very least we can add in two seperate keys for him? Superman also couldn't fly at lightspeed or even breathe in space for long periods of time before this, he seems to have gotten stronger.

I agree that no one else should scale, given that most characters weren't even in the movie, and given the context of the movie itself nobody within it should scale either. The Emerald Eye needed to absorb the entirety of the Green Lantern Power Battery to pull off this feat, I don't believe it or any of the other Fatal Five should be capable of such power on their own. Adding to that, a single Lantern shouldn't scale to it either for obvious reasons. I also doubt someone like Wonder Woman would scale either. I think this should solely remain applicable to Superman.

There's a massive difference between getting like 12x faster compared to getting quadrillions of times more durable.

Sure, but can we at least add a separate key for him that's non- applicable to the rest of the DCAU? Even in the context of the movie nobody else scales, so I don't think it should cause any issues for the rest of the verse.

I don't see much of an issue we can make a case supes gottne stronger depending how many years passed since the last episode and this special and make exclusive to only him and not the rest

I do not mind if we simply create an extra statistics key in the Superman (DCAU) profile for the Fatal Five movie. No other character who has not been able to match him in that film would need to scale.

It is typical for Superman to get gradually stronger with time. Early on in his career, the post-Crisis Superman was knocked out by a nuclear bomb, and the pre-Crisis Superman increased in power even more over his career.

It's literally travel speed,we have sol or rel characters that are billions of times ftl in travel speed but we can't accept Superman's feat as travel speed?

Welp, aside from all this movie nonsesne, I also asked Alex to calc two little feats for me. Thought nothing of it, was just curious of the results; Turns out some changes may be in order:

TL;DR, first feat may elicit a slight tier upgrade to baseline City level, and the latter ranges from either City level+ to straight up baseline Large Mountain level.

The volcano isn't really a buff and the crater assumes vaporization instead of pulverization which would lower all of the results by a couple magnitudes.

@SuperAPM

You or Alex need to place the calculations in a blog post, and then ask for evaluations.

@Qawsedf234

What do you think of my last post?

The high end of the Volcano feat is 6.4 Megatons, baseline City level. Slight tier upgrade from Low 7-B

While you can excuse the smoke as simply being dust, inspite of its appearance being more of the former than the latter, the coloration of the crater makes it out be producing an extreme amount of heat, which is the result of vaporisation. I see more evidence of Vaporisation than Pulverisation.

I think it's incredibly weird for Superman to jump so high in such a short amount of time then fall drastically back off to previous levels, but I guess it's technically fine. For the rest just make a new thread about the DCAU stuff.

It's gonna sound weird, but is DCAU capable of getting solar boosted above his norm? Early Post-Crisis Superman also didn't get solar amps from the sun either, in fact he wore himself out pretty heavily once by flying around the sun.

Also doesn't explain how he managed to reach the sun from earth's surface in less than 3 minutes when he previously couldn't even do it in 8, or survive in the vacuum on space for long stretches of time without a respiratory system. I don't think sun dipping is applicable here

I think that we are overcomplicating this. Once the 5-C+ calculation has been accepted, we just need to give Superman (DCAU) an extra statistics key. That is all.

It does not seem to have been accepted yet.

The 5-C+ calculation was accepted though. Is somebody willing to create an extra statistics key for Superman (DCAU)?

Thank you. I made some minor corrections.

Should we close this thread?

I don't know if anymore discussion is needed for the two feats I posted above. Guess we'll wait for a calc member to accept it and then apply it after.

If we don't need anymore discussion about it then yeah you can close it

Sorry. I forgot about that. This thread can remain open then.

It is probably best if you link to the new thread here first before we close this, so you get more input.
